Decide which actions count before launch, tie every result to an ID you can join to your own data, and send results and next-step clicks back into your systems as they happen. Then compare people who took the assessment with similar people who didn't, and re-check the same people later to see whether their financial health moved.
Because the assessment often lives on someone else's page. Your analytics see how many people clicked "start", then nothing: not who finished, what result they got, which next step they chose, or whether they came back. The results sit in another system, with no way to join them to your members or users. You can report reach, but not whether the assessment led to anything.
Pick one of these as the headline metric before launch, so the first results answer a question someone already asked.
Often, yes. A quick embedded version, with results flowing back from day one, tells you whether people act on their results before you commit engineering time to a native build. Without the data coming back, a test can't show lift, and the native build is decided on guesswork.
Compare people who took it with similar people who didn't, on the metric you chose. If takers book more conversations or take up more services, the assessment is associated with that difference. It isn't proof of cause, because the people who choose to take it may differ in ways you can't see. See how to prove a financial wellness program works.
What happens to their answers, who can see them, and whether you'll follow up. Ask prospects before you contact them, and keep individual results away from anyone who doesn't need them.
Attune provides FinHealth Score® scoring through its software and API, so the assessment can run inside your website, app, or platform. Each person's results are kept over time in the FinHealth Record™, connected to what they were offered and what they did. To plan what you'll track and how results come back to you, book a call.
