FinHealth Record™

What is the FinHealth Record™?

The FinHealth Record™ (FHR) is a single record — clear, structured, easily readable and accessible by both humans and machines — that shows you how an individual's financial health is changing over time, and how that trajectory connects to your business. It's the MyChart for financial health: an electronic medical record for your financial life. Attune builds the FinHealth Record™.

What does it contain?

The FinHealth Record™ writes down what happens at each beat of the FinHealth Workflow™, for one person, over time:

Look at many FinHealth Records in aggregate, and a fifth thing becomes visible — not a fifth beat, but a different altitude: validated outcomes, what actually works to improve financial health across an entire customer base.

How is it different from the FinHealth Workflow™?

The FinHealth Workflow™ is the four-beat process. The FinHealth Record™ is the data structure that captures what happens at each beat, for one person, over time. The workflow is the loop; the record is what the loop writes to.

How is a FinHealth Record different from a score?

A FinHealth Score® is one diagnostic reading. The record connects that reading to what was prescribed, whether the person engaged, and what outcome followed — over time, from whichever data sources the institution already has.
