Put financial health in your digital member experience

For the person who owns a website, an app, digital banking, or a wellbeing platform, at a credit union, a bank, or a consumer financial platform: how to give members and users a credible read on their financial health inside the experience you run, and what to show them next.

Common questions

Why put a financial health assessment in a digital experience?

It gives people an objective read on where they stand, and it gives you a reason for the next step: a resource, a product, or a conversation with a person. It also reaches people who would never walk into a branch or book a coaching session.

When the assessment lives on someone else's page, tracking usually stops at the click. You can count who started, but not who finished, what they saw, or what they did next. And a results page that sends everyone to the same education library treats a Vulnerable result and a Healthy result the same way.

Does the assessment have to be built into our app or site?

Not on day one. Many teams start with a quick embedded or hosted version, measure whether people act on their results, and use that to decide on a native build. Whatever the format, get each result back into your own systems, such as your CRM, email platform, or member profile, fast enough to act on it.

How do we know if it's working?

Pick an action metric before launch: clicks on a next step, a conversation booked, a product or service taken up, a return visit. Compare people who took the assessment with similar people who didn't. Then invite the same people back at a set interval, to see whether their financial health moved, not just whether they clicked.

Can we use it with people who aren't members or customers yet?

Yes. A public assessment can be a front door for prospects as well as a check-in for existing members. Tell people plainly what happens to their answers, and ask before you follow up.

Do we need a license?

If the FinHealth Score® runs inside your website, app, or platform, yes. Use of the Score in software, digital platforms, APIs, or commercial products requires licensing through Attune, the Financial Health Network's exclusive technology partner for FinHealth Score® implementation.
