What should people see after a financial health quiz on your website or app?

A result that tells them where they stand, and one or two next steps that depend on that result, not a link to the same education library everyone gets. Then send the result somewhere you can act on it, so the next email, offer, or conversation picks up where the quiz left off.

Because it asks the person to do the work the quiz was supposed to do. Someone who just learned they're struggling with short-term savings doesn't need a library of articles; they need the one thing that fits. Generic results pages also leave you blind: you can't tell which next steps people took, so you can't improve them.

What should the results page show?

How do you match next steps to results?

Write the rules down before launch. For each tier and each weak area, pick the next step you'd offer if a trained person were reading the result. Keep the list short, so every step is one you can stand behind. Then review which steps people take, and replace the ones nobody uses.

What should happen after they leave the page?

The result should travel. Send it to your CRM or email platform, so follow-up messages match where the person stands. Put it where staff can see it, so a call or branch visit starts from it. And invite people to take it again at a set interval, so you can see whether anything changed.

How do you know whether it's working?

Choose an action metric before launch, such as clicks on a next step, conversations booked, or products and services taken up. Track it past the results page, which is where a quiz that links out to another site usually loses the trail. Compare people who took the quiz with similar people who didn't, and compare each person's later result with their first.

Can the result decide who gets a product?

It can suggest one. It can't decide eligibility. The FinHealth Score® is a planning and guidance tool for next steps. It is not a decisioning or underwriting tool, and it can't be used to underwrite any access to credit, including earned wage access eligibility.

How does Attune help?

Attune provides FinHealth Score® scoring through its software and API, so the assessment can run inside your website, app, or platform. Use of the Score in software requires licensing through Attune, the Financial Health Network's exclusive technology partner for FinHealth Score® implementation. Each person's results are kept over time in the FinHealth Record™, connected to what they were offered and what they did. To plan a results page with next steps, book a call.
